About the programme:

The MSc in Strategy and Consulting aims to train future consultants, who will have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to implement positive changes in organizations, in partnership with their clients and will have developed critical analysis skills at the heart of an ethical professional practice.

This program addresses the fundamental aspects of consulting such as:

• International business
• Project management
• Digital transformation
• Data management and the use of AI for consulting
• Change management
• Analysis of the customer environment
• Proposal of action plans
• Construction of responses to calls for tenders
• Behavioral skills of the consultant, such as the posture of the consultant, active listening, persuasive communication, or relationship building.

Following an experiential approach, you will implement the knowledge acquired in real projects proposed by specialized firms.
