In our Bachelor Interior Design & Scenography programme, you will learn to design multisensory spaces, immersive environments, and narrative-driven experiences that connect people with brands, stories, and emotions.
The programme goes beyond traditional interior design: It focuses on spatial concepts where lighting, sound, materials, media technology, and spatial communication come together to shape experiences – whether for permanent or temporary use.
From brand worlds, exhibitions, hospitality spaces, new work environments, retail concepts, flagship stores, to trade fair stands – you will develop designs that are aesthetic, functional, communicative, and strategically aligned with brand identities or thematic goals.
You will gain expertise in spatial storytelling, scenography, and brand communication through space. From analysing global design trends to understanding modern user needs in consumer, B2B, work, and leisure contexts – you'll explore how to create future-ready, content-driven, and emotionally impactful experiences.
To turn ideas into reality, you will study design methodology, visualisation and presentation techniques, sustainable materials, lighting and acoustics, and digital media integration. You’ll also learn how to further develop concepts into detailed plans, calculate project costs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to realise complex design projects.
Graduates of the Interior Design & Scenography (B.A.) programme pursue diverse, future-focused careers in the fields of interior design, scenography, spatial communication, and brand experience design.
Whether shaping immersive exhibitions, developing brand environments, reimagining office and hospitality spaces, or crafting temporary and event-based experiences – you'll be prepared to create spaces that inspire, communicate, and connect.
From working at creative agencies, architectural studios or exhibition firms to launching your own design practice, this degree equips you with the tools to bring ambitious spatial concepts to life.
