TBS Education Masters of Science (MSc) are offered as either a 2-year program, or a 1-year program, granting a Master’s degree. These programs are designed for students who wish to enhance their resumes with highly specific skills and cutting-edge professional expertise before entering the corporate world.

Description for the Corporate Finance and Advisory track:

You will specialize in one of the most competitive and prestigious areas in Finance: The Corporate Finance and Advisory industry.

Practical team simulation projects and case studies will offer you a unique opportunity to learn the hard and soft skills necessary to work in this industry (work in a high-pressure environment, being perfectionist, collect and analyse complex data rapidly and efficiently) by apprenticeship and not only through a text book.

Description for the Equity Research and Investment Management track:

This MSc is affiliated to the CFA Institute and prepares you for the three CFA exams, as part of the curriculum.

The CFA® charter is one of the highest distinctions you can earn in the Finance profession, and it is highly regarded by Finance recruiters. This program prepares you to be successful in a career in Finance, with a focus on Investment Management, analytical jobs and Equity Research.

Strengths of this program:

A CFA charter is a strong asset to be recruited in the Finance industry: it shows a good command of generic financial concepts, an ability to work hard and differentiates from other candidates. A level 1 candidacy is often required to apply to top jobs in I-banks and Investment Management (IM) firms.

This MSc provides a theoretical foundation for a broad range of jobs: both in corporate (financial analysis, equities) and markets (quantitative skills, financial instruments, portfolios), while helping to maintain high ethical standards.

The IM industry offers many employment opportunities: new regulation forced the separation of investment and research functions — creating a need for additional analysts — while the need for investment managers increases with an aging population.
