The Master’s programme in Health Sciences – Physiotherapy is a two-year (120 ECTS) part-time programme tailored for physiotherapy professionals who want to deepen their clinical expertise and research skills. Designed for healthcare practitioners with a Bachelor’s degree, the programme prepares students for leadership roles in rehabilitation, research, and healthcare systems.

The first year focuses on core health sciences, including evidence-based practice, ethics, healthcare communication, public health, and health legislation. In the second year, students specialize in physiotherapy, exploring advanced topics such as rehabilitation strategies, manual therapy, geriatric physiotherapy, and health promotion.

Students attend online and on-campus sessions, supported by recorded lectures and interactive seminars. Some physiotherapy courses include hands-on lab work and practical exercises that require in-person attendance. The flexible format allows professionals to balance work and study.

The programme culminates in a Master’s thesis (25 ECTS), where students conduct applied research in their area of specialization. With expert guidance, they develop skills in scientific writing, research methodology, and data analysis.
