With the Master's Degree in Hotel and Food & Beverage Management you will acquire the personal and professional skills to lead and manage the hotel and restaurant companies of the future.
At CETT-UB we are aware of the new challenges posed by digital transformation, new environmental legislation, globalization and new trends in management. All of them are radically transforming the fundamentals of companies and organizations. As a result, new tourism business opportunities are being created.
The sector needs highly qualified executive profiles to be able to adapt to that context.
The master's degree has two specialization itineraries that will allow you to deepen your knowledge in different areas according to your interests and motivations. These specialties will allow you to achieve a much more competitive professional profile and the necessary knowledge to face the different challenges faced by companies and tourist destinations to create and launch products.
In addition, the specialization in Hotel Management can be done in two modalities: face-to-face, at the Campus CETT, and a LiveOnline option, adapting to your personal and professional needs.
This specialization focuses on the most relevant aspects of hotel business management. You will learn from the operational aspects of the sector, with subjects such as Operations Management in Lodging, to the strategic part, with subjects such as Marketing Management and Economic-Financial Management.
All the subjects enable us to understand and understand sustainability, corporate social responsibility, investment analysis and the customer centric approach. These are strategic elements that contribute to differentiation in a competitive and dynamic tourism market.
This specialization focuses on understanding the world of restaurants from a perspective focused on company results.
Learning is done through a deep immersion in real cases of leading companies in the market, which provides a very accurate notion of the market and current challenges.
Subjects such as Product and Service Innovation or Experience Management enable the identification of customer needs in particular contexts.
