Food Science and Nutrition master’s study programme provides students with knowledge and skills to develop innovative food technologies based on the principles of the bioeconomy and healthy nutrition, and to manage food quality and safety projects. Students gain hands-on experience while working in modern food technology labs, which are equipped with pilot-scale technological lines, and conducting research in state-of-the-art laboratories.
Food Science and Nutrition is an internationally recognised master’s programme accredited with the ASIIN Seal and the EQAS Food Quality Label.
