Description:

Our Master in Business Administration is designed to impart you with the skills to design and implement organisational strategies and structures with the aim to create social and economic value. 

The focus is on responsible organisations which emphasises ways in which organisations interact with multiple stakeholders to perform sustainably. Within the Master's Business Administration, you have a choice between eight Master's specialisations.

Career prospects:

After graduating, most students find employment at advisory bureaus or strategic planning departments in large companies. Some are self-employed and run their own businesses, mostly in consulting. A few go on to do traineeships or pursue PhDs in Business Administration.

Possible specialisations:

  • European Master in System Dynamics: Learn how to build a system dynamics model, how to apply it to a variety of complex, real-life problems and how to facilitate the model-building process in such a way a strategic change can be achieved and policies can be implemented.
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship: You'll come to understand how organisations can grow through innovation processes as well as understand the challenges that entrepreneurs face when starting their business in a changing environment.
  • International Business: Strategic analysis of global activities of multinational firms with a balanced outlook on relations with market and non-market stakeholders for economic and social impact.
  • Marketing: Marketing is more than just selling products or services; it is about creating value with customers and other stakeholders. Learn to build and manage customer relationships and how these will help you in key marketing activities such as branding and product management.
  • Organisation Design and Change Management: Gain expertise in designing and changing organisations to deliversocietally responsible and economically valuable contributions. Learn currenttheories about core challenges in organisations, acquire skills to address thesechallenges, and develop yourself as a reflective professional in this field.
  • Strategic Human Resources Leadership: You will become capable of scientifically analysing issues involving personnel and organisation. Also, you learn to think about them at the strategic level in an organisation.
  • Strategic Management: Learn to analyse, describe and deal with the influences of various stakeholders, strategy processes in organisations, internal and external environment, and internationalisation.
  • Digital Management: Do you want to play a key role in responsible digitaltransformation in and by organisations? Learn about (big) data, infrastructureand AI, as well as developing your critical thinking and skills about theimplications of using digital technology.
