The MBA in European/Asian Management is designed specifically for engineers, IT specialists and other non-business professionals who want to develop their management and leadership skills while gaining a global perspective with a special focus on doing business in and between Europe and Asia. It covers a wide range of topics, including e.g. Financial Data Analysis, Agile Project Management, Strategic Management, as well as Business Ethics and Sustainability, equipping you with the tools you need to effectively lead teams, manage projects, and make informed business decisions.
In addition, you can choose one specialization, comprising of two modules, that aims to accelerate and deepen your understanding and knowledge and, thus, will help you to achieve your professional goals. The elective portfolio includes e.g. Leadership, Blockchain, Social Media Marketing, Logistics, Risk Management and Entrepreneurship. To gain more hands-on experience in a professional business environment, you have also the possibility to complete a 22-weeks internship in the third term and gain additional 30 ECTS.
The program emphasizes practical learning through immersion trips abroad in European hubs of importance such as Luxembourg, company visits to key players in all industries and with an international presence, expert talks, hands-on projects, and more. With small class sizes of approximately 25 students, you will engage in dynamic interactions with experienced faculty, guest lecturers, and classmates from around the world.
