Description:

As political populism, conspiracy theories, “fake news,” and propaganda rapidly grow worldwide, political science faces new challenges that require a comprehensive understanding of the problems.

These studies aim to empower society and its individuals to understand and address these challenges. During the studies, critical thinking, complex problem-solving skills, idea generation, leadership, and effective communication abilities will be developed. These are among the most essential competencies for future employees, enabling them to be attractive on the job market, not only in the field of political science.

The Politics, Philosophy and Society study program, which combines three core disciplines of social and humanities sciences, prepares graduates with fundamental knowledge in politics, philosophy, and sociology. They are capable of conducting complex research on social phenomena and data, effectively applying qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods and tools, and analyzing, comparing political and social processes and trends.

Programme structure:

This interdisciplinary program integrates three core fields: political science, philosophy, and sociology. It equips graduates with:

  • Fundamental knowledge of politics, philosophy, and sociology.

Politics for Society

In the face of digitalization, the development of artificial intelligence, and new, unpredictable crises, politics is also changing. There is a growing need to focus more on comparative analysis of societies, voter values and psychology, and the management of new risks. This study program is oriented toward new trends, providing students with the necessary knowledge while using one of the most innovative teaching methods – challenge-based learning. Students in this program will tackle real challenges and issues faced by society and politics. Therefore, graduates will feel well-prepared for the job market.
