An innovative Master’s degree in course, entirely English taught, which is aimed at graduates who are eager to learn and to eventually join an international community, where they could be occupying managerial positions in the travel, hospitality, and tourism industry.
In cooperation with University of Central Florida, the IULM Master’s degree course in Hospitality and Tourism Management allows students to attend their second year abroad in the United States.
At the end of the first year, students can choose to complete their studies at IULM University in Milan or they can choose the programme in the United States, at the University of Central Florida.
The course is characterized by an innovative teaching mix that include 10% distance learning, 20% traditional lessons, and 70% hands-on practice and training in a company.
The Faculty is made up of outstanding professionals from the major schools of hospitality, and senior managers from leading companies within the tourism industry.
The competencies enable students to cover high responsibility roles in the enhancement and promotion of touristic destinations, or in the management of companies operating in different touristic sectors. Some examples: Territory Marketing Manager, PR and Corporate Communication Manager, Business Development Manager, International Sales Manager, Revenue Manager, Marketing & Communication Manager for companies operating in the tourism industry, Convention Bureau Manager, Event Manager, or Hotel Manager.
One year after graduation, 86.2% of graduates in Hospitality and Tourism Management are well integrated into the workforce (AlmaLaurea Report 2024).
